You have permission to feel your insecurities.

No matter what they are, if they’re effecting your life, they’re important.

The trouble comes when you start thinking other people have it “worse” than you.

You think somehow this makes your insecurities less important or less valid.

It doesn’t.

On the other hand, even if people are criticizing your body, you still deserve to feel good in it.

No matter what anyone says, you have permission to feel confident in who you are.

The first step in building body confidence is by realizing however you’re feeling is valid.

Adding guilt onto your feelings of insecurity only makes it worse.

So instead of thinking you “shouldn’t” feel insecure, ask yourself why you’re feeling this way.

Try to find examples of other

Feelings don’t need to be earned. They’re just feelings.

Feelings come and go, but what’s important is how much power you give them.
